WOD 12/4/08

Dang, this one is going to leave my legs awfully sore tomorrow!!

5 rounds of
10 Lunge walks steps holding 2 30# KB's in rack position
15 KB swings with 2-30# KBs

7:50

Did the 1st 2 rounds without stopping, then rested a bit 30s-1min between the next 3 rounds. It's amazing that how insignificant that workout looks on paper.

This one made my lungs bleed, and I only used one 44# KB. Doubling up - whoa!
