Did a Fight Gone Bad type of workout tonight, I don't have all the equipment or space to do an Rx'd FGB. After hearing how Coach Glassman (CrossFit Founder) described how this workout came about I changed the workout to something that would fit my equipment and space. Rather than do it in a way that was designed for UFC fighter BJ Penn (three 5 minute rounds), I did it for a novice boxer - three -3 minute rounds. I kept score with total reps. I did Sumo Deadlift High Pulls with a 53# KB, 1 arm push presses with a 40# KB (5 each arm), KB swings with a 53# KB. I got 204.
My awesome wife Kate did the workout with me and she did a great job, she used 15# KB's, she scored 192.
