So I did the mainsite WOD, Annie, and I realize I totally suck at double-unders! I did the workout in 18:34 as Rx'd and hope to be able to knock down the time a bunch next time!
Double-unders are pure evil. I love them, but in an obsessed, unrequited love stalker kind of way. Practice, practice, practice... or just say "screw it", because how functional is a DU, anyway?
