Wow, I got a ton of great info and a bunch of things to look for during 9 seperate exercises, a lot of things I already knew but there was a ton I learned! We did LOTS of squats a tabata set and Fran. I had to do jumping pull ups because my shoulder still doesn't want me to get to dead hang, but I did the thrusters as Rx'd.
