Wow, I got a ton of great info and a bunch of things to look for during 9 seperate exercises, a lot of things I already knew but there was a ton I learned! We did LOTS of squats a tabata set and Fran. I had to do jumping pull ups because my shoulder still doesn't want me to get to dead hang, but I did the thrusters as Rx'd.

So it begins...
I've started on my way to becoming a Crossfit Certified Level 1 Trainer!! As excited as I am for the amount of great coaching I'll get and how much I'm going to learn, I'm nervous about my ability to actually complete the work we'll be doing. I'll write about my first day tomorrow night.
